But I was very fortunate to live in that area and be very active in Washington Park, which of course was the only park besides Tonsler Park, that we were able to go to. Great memories of that, because we were able to have a wading pool, which was wonderful. Tennis courts. We were really provided with very nice resources for that, only to find out, as I got older, that that property was donated to the city of Charlottesville, which is the old Charlottesville dump, the landfill.
