Integrated to me and others that I grew up with was not a big issue.  It was a nice thing.  It didn’t mean that, okay, the athletes were the reason it was a great thing.  No.  It was nice.  But it was a proper thing and should have been done a long, long time ago.  So it wasn’t any day that I was worrying or sweating or thinking about it or whatever.  I still don’t.  It was a good experience for me personally.  I enjoyed it.  I didn’t think about enjoying it.  I just did for years.  I would go have a beer with them whenever.  Not in high school.
